All members can borrow three toys for each child in the family. Toys can be borrowed for up to 2 weeks at a time.
Your membership lasts for twelve months from the date of joining. We require a bond of $40 that will be refunded upon termination of membership; provided that all duties are completed and no toys are outstanding.
If you join the Library Committee, you are exempt from all duties and also pay a reduced membership fee!

All new members pay a one off bond on joining the toy library. This is refunded when the membership is ceased provided all toys have been returned and duty requirements for the previous twelve months have been fulfilled.
We require all members (except committee and short-term members) to perform four duties per membership year: one per term. Once your duties are completed, your borrowing rights increase to four toys instead of three for the rest of the year.
A blank duty roster is posted on the notice board at the Toy Library every two months. We also have an online rostering system which can be found at http:// doodle.com/poll/zpry4pngrgngpbku or clicking here: ETL online roster.
Duty sessions are a great way to get to know some other families in the area! You get a good look at toys you may not have noticed before as you check them in. You also get first choice of any new toys released while you are doing duty.
Opting out of Duties
If you are unable to carry out duties you can opt out by paying a levy of $40. Unlike your bond, this is non-refundable.
